dont have to worry about meals or washing or medication or physiotherapy.........
play with Harriet without saying im just going to do medication or do physiotherapy
to talk about how Joe is without people changing the subject "life threatened" always flattens the conversation.
for Harriet to see she isnt the only "special needs sibling in the world"
