Why do I always blog when......

I should be doing something else, namely reading an open university Chapter. Here is a round up of life here in the last month.

Home ed. still trying to fathom the montessori vs waldorf thing, but after reading and article in Juno I realised that combining them may be an option, I am also looking at ENKI as an idea. Harry has been painting drwaing with block crayons modelling cooking, using the number rods and the sandpaper letter and looking at the ruth miskin books. Oh and lots and lots of free role play, as well as donkey rides and building sandcastlea and dancing.

Home life. Ho hum Mark has had a new contract since the 1st December but it means between three nights and three weeks away at a time, I take my hat off to all single parents out there I would find this tough long term.

Working life. My short term childminding temp end in three weeks and I go back to supply I am looking forward to it strangley and I must sort out a first aid course.
