It too hot!

I am bubbling I hate this weather, i am an autumn person.

I am looking for a herbal treatment for PMS that is safe while breast feeding and I have found that evening primrose oil is of no help and I cant take the pill (gps other idea).

Had birthday party no three on saturday, one with marks parents one with my mum and one with my family, got to go baby calling.

Fish oil supplements are often helpful with PMS as is reflexology, homeopathy but no other ideas specifiaclly on herbal sorry. I'm not so good in this weather either -much prefer spring/autumn but warm spring/autumn :-)

I've had bizarre success with a magnet that you clip to the front of your knickers! It helps hugely with PMS, belly ache and cramps.

Avon sell it as Ladycare or some such, and I know Lloyd Chemists sell it too. It's blue and a bit bigger than a 50p piece, except tear drop shaped.

Start wearing it a few days before symptoms show and in a couple of months it makes a huge difference. I could hardly believe it.
